The Goal

Create an experience that provides information about Nuveen Investments’s financial vehicles segmented by audience, not by product.

Our Solution

Byrd Alley designed a segmentation engine that presented views specific to investor and financial professional audiences with the goal of driving them to relevant information, while the internal sales force was given deeper access to the site’s data and resources. A new CMS was implemented, and a mobile platform was developed to make Nuveen Investments’s Market Commentary easily available to all audiences.

The Results

  • Site redesign impacted over 60,000 pages
  • Over 5,000 people use the redesigned Fund Finder tools every day
  • Site redesign was optimized for mobile viewing, which now accounts for 5% of current audience
